Fitness Training Packages can be used for any of the services below. All packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase, though alternative arrangements can be made if circumstances require. You can add a partner to individual sessions with 12 hours' notice, for an additional $15/hour (or $8/half hour) due at the time of your session (per partner, maximum 2 additional participants).
PERSONAL TRAINING
Improve your personal fitness with one-on-one studio sessions with a certified personal trainer, using a combination of exercises including weight-bearing, balance and stability, neuromotor, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
INDIVIDUAL YOGA
Work one-on-one with a yoga instructor to build the practice that's right for you, learning new poses and progressing the poses you've mastered, while addressing your body's needs in the moment.
YOUTH FITNESS
Work with a Youth Fitness Specialist to build a plan for your child to help them achieve age-appropriate goals and remain injury-free. Appropriate for children ages 8-17 who are anywhere on the athletic spectrum.

Our yoga instructors can help you create a practice that best meets your needs as a new or expectant parent. Bring your baby with you for another opportunity to focus and connect.
